FAA US Agent for Service Requirements
Starting April 2, 2025, FAA regulation requires individuals without a physical address in the United States to appoint a designated U.S. agent when applying for or maintaining any FAA certificate, rating, or authorization.
International pilots and aircraft owners must select a US-based agent to register with on the USAS website beginning April 2, 2025. Avitrust will be your bridge to total FAA compliance under AC 3-1.
